Yes our carbon products are 100% carbon fiber unless specified.

Items are covered by our 2-month warranty. This covers defects as a result of the manufacturing process. It does not cover any defects or damage that may have occurred as a result of wear and tear through use, or for any accidental damage. Please email us at sales@ukcarbon.com for full details of coverage. No warranty is given or implied on any goods if used for racing, track days or similar events. We do not warranty any labour costs for the installation of parts after being sold and getting fitted independently. Carriage costs for the return to UKCarbon or its agents of any goods for credit, refund or exchange for whatever reason are the responsibility of the customer, unless in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement.

We accepted a wide range of major credit and debt cards.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ukcarbon.com and send your item to UKCarbon, Brookeside Mill, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 7AA.

Yes, you can easily install our products without professional however we do suggest this especially as some parts are more challenging to install than others.
